New York artist Jason Hackenwerth has unveiled his new balloon sculpture at the Edinburgh International Science Festival in the Grand Gallery of the National Museum of Scotland. ”The spiraling kind is made from 10,000 balloons which took 3 staff members almost 6 days to blow up, right after which Hackenwerth and his assistant Leah Blair wove very carefully into this 3 dimensional structure.”
